Hello Counselors!
On behalf of GEMS Girls Clubs, I'm asking for your
help. GEMS will be hosting its first BID OUT LOUD Online Auction this November.
Donated items and gifts will be sold to the highest bidder with all proceeds
benefitting the GEMS ministry and helping further our mission to reach girls
everywhere! People throughout the United States and Canada will view the items
and services donated.
Many of you know how passionate I am about the work GEMS does throughout the world. With a very small staff and countless volunteers (like you!) they produce materials that equip women to bring girls into a living, dynamic relationship with Jesus Christ. This is a brand-new way of fundraising for the ministry and we ask for you to prayerfully consider partnering with us.

We are hoping that each club in Area 28 will submit
ONE gift item/service for the auction.
A donor letter and form can be found on our Upcoming Events page. Please feel free to forward this letter to others in your church, families in your club, and community people/businesses that would consider supporting GEMS through this fundraiser. To get your thinking started, suggested items are:
Restaurant gift cards, gift baskets from local businesses, local sports memorabilia, tickets to a local attraction (theme park, museum, aquarium, etc.), photography session, one pizza a week for six months, handmade crafts (jewelry, toys, quilts, carvings, paintings, etc.), professional services (maid, decorator, computer tech, contractor, etc.), a book series...or be creative! All donations are greatly appreciated.
